"Donation Info Is Easy to Find"
I really appreciate how easy it is to find their donation info and updates. Nothing feels buried or unclear, which makes a big difference when you're trying to understand where your money is going. The fundraising feels transparent, that makes me feel a lot more comfortable supporting them. It’s reassuring to know my donation is going somewhere I can trust

"Quick and Easy Donation"
I donated through aspinallfoundation.org it was super easy. The site loaded without any issues, the payment went through fast, and I got my email receipt right away. Nothing felt complicated or pushy, which I really appreciated. I just wanted to help out a bit, and the whole thing took maybe two minutes. I’d definitely donate again.

I’m not totally sure how everything works behind the scenes, but from what I’ve seen, they really do seem to help wildlife. It was a little confusing at first figuring out what they actually do, but overall it feels like they genuinely care and are making a difference.

"Helpful, but the wait was ridiculous"
I reached out with a question and they did eventually get back to me, but the wait was a bit ridiculous. The answer they gave was helpful enough once I got it, just not nearly as quick as I was hoping. Overall, it was fine, but nothing that really stood out.

"Good value and easy to sign up"
I’ve been happy with the membership so far. It feels like decent value, especially if you care about the animals and the work they’re doing. It’s not super expensive, and I like knowing the money is actually going toward something useful. Signing up was simple too, no real issues there. I did have a quick question and support basically said something like, “You’re all set, just let us know if you need anything else,” which was reassuring. Overall, I’m glad I joined.

"Not quite what I expected"
I went in expecting to feel totally reassured, and while the animals did seem cared for overall, I left with a few mixed feelings. Some things looked well managed, but there were still a couple of areas that made me pause. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as comforting as I had hoped it would be

What stood out to me is that their work seems to be about real animal welfare, not just saying the right things. I personally pay attention to how places talk about conservation and daily care, and the details they share feel transparent. To me, that says a lot. As long as they keep making the animals the priority, it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

"A Sweet Little Gift for My Niece"
I adopted an animal for my niece, i was thinking, “Okay, this seems cute, but I hope it’s not complicated.” Turns out it was really easy to do. The updates we got were sweet too, and my niece loved hearing about it. Overall, just a really nice program and a feel-good little experience

"Lovely day out"
We had a really lovely day at the park. The animals all looked well cared for, and the staff were friendly and easy to ask questions. A few of the paths were a bit muddy, but that’s kind of expected. It felt more like supporting a sanctuary than just having a day out, which I really liked. I’d definitely go again

The staff were great. They knew what they were talking about and answered all my questions without making things feel confusing or overcomplicated. It felt genuine, not like they were just rushing me along. I do hope there’s some kind of compensation or follow-up for taking the time to share my experience, but overall I felt well taken care of.

"Easy enough to use"
I had a decent time using aspinallfoundation. Like, the site was simple enough to move around, the text was clear, and the pages loaded without any hassle. Nothing really felt messy or confusing, which is always good. It also seemed like they’ve actually thought about different kinds of visitors being able to use it, not just the usual setup. So yeah, overall, it felt accessible and straightforward

They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but wow, it felt like I was waiting forever for a short reply. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and they did answer my question, but I definitely wished they’d explained things a little more clearly instead of leaving me squinting at the message like, “Okay… but what does that actually mean?”

"Was skeptical at first, but ended up loving it"
I volunteered with the Aspinall Foundation last summer, and to be honest, I went in a bit suspicious about what it would actually be like. You never really know if these things are as genuine as they sound. But the team turned out to be really kind, patient, and clearly cared a lot about the animals. Some days were definitely tiring, but in a satisfying way. I’d be happy to help out again if I get the chance
